Pre Qualification criteria: 8 Eligibility of the Bidder: (Eligibility criteria in detail are as per EQR/BEC in the tender document). B.1 EXPERIENCE CRITERIA (Technical requirement) : B.1.1 Bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar work(s) of following value during last seven years ending last day of month previous to the month in which bids are invited : i) Three similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to Rs.2,09,35,378.67 (i.e.) 40% of estimated cost. OR ii) Two similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to Rs.2,61,69,223.34 (i.e.) 50% of estimated cost. OR iii) One similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to Rs.4,18,70,757.34 (i.e.) 80% of estimated cost. Similar works means any Civil works pertaining to building construction and / or renovation and / or repair & maintenance (including Rate contracts) of buildings. Note-1: i. In case benefit of experience is claimed on the basis of Rate Contract(s) of more than one year period, the value of works mentioned above will be the annualized value of such rate contract(s). ii. Ongoing Rate Contract(s) having satisfactory completion for minimum one year duration shall be considered as executed for evaluation. iii. For the purpose evaluating experience of the bidder for Rate Contract(s), following is clarified: -Value of completed similar works of one year shall be considered for evaluation. -For completed works of more than one year duration, annualized value shall be considered for evaluation. -For works of similar nature which are in progress for more than a year, annualized value {(executed value / duration in months) x12} of the completed portion shall be considered for evaluation. iv. Date of actual completion (and not stipulated date of completion) of a work & value of actual work completed shall be considered for the purpose of evaluation. v. Bidders are required to fill up the details of various Work-orders in Proforma ( ) provided in Techno-Commercial Bid for the documents submitted in support of experience. vi. Bidder is required to submit following documentary proof in support of required experience stipulated above : The bidders are required to upload documentary proof(s) in the form of original or Notary attested copy of the original documents (it should not be notary attested copy of earlier Xerox copy, if so, it shall be summarily rejected) such as: Work order(s) / contract / Agreement(s), Completion Certificate(s), letter of acceptance / notice of award or any other relevant document(s) obtained from clients for whom the work(s) was / were executed mentioning the name of work, work order value, date of commencement, period allowed for completion, stipulated date of Completion, Actual date of completion and actual executed value after completion of respective work(s) in support of experience criteria as per clause B.1.1 The bidder should upload original scanned copy or notary attested scanned copy of above documents in e-bid. To this effect, the bidder are required to submit (along with un-priced techno commercial bid) copies of respective contracts along with documentary evidence in respect of satisfactory execution of each of those contracts, in the form of copies of any of the documents (indicating respective contract number and type of services) vii. Completed work(s) and Executed value of completed work(s) shall only be treated as the value of the work(s) for evaluation. viii. The works (non-Rate Contract(s)) under progress and not completed as on the cut-off date for the value of executed work as stated at B.1.1 above will not be considered for evaluation as per BEC irrespective of any partial completion.
