Pre Qualification criteria: The bidder must have the experience of having successfully completed job of supply of pipelines/ valves/ tanks/ pressure vessels OR supply/ fabrication & installation of pipelines/ valves/ tanks/ pressure vessels OR fabrication & installation of pipelines/ valves/ tanks/ pressure vessels in Hydrocarbon industries / Petrochemical Refineries / Fertilizers Plant / Power Plant / Industrial Unit during last 07 years from the tender closing / opening date, should be either of the following:- i. Three similar completed jobs each costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 55,99,111/- (Rupees Fifty Five Lac Ninety Nine Thousand One Hundred And Eleven only). ii. Two similar completed jobs each costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 69, 98,889/- (Rupees Sixty Nine Lac Ninety Eight Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty Nine only). iii. One similar completed jobs each costing not less than the amount equal to Rs.1, 11, 98,222/- (Rupees One Crore Eleven Lac Ninety Eight Thousand Two Hundred and twenty two only). The work orders should be dated not more than past seven years from the tender opening date. (For this purpose the period reckoned shall be the period prior to the date of opening of the techno-commercial bid) The bidder should submit documentary evidence in detail along with the Techno-Commercial bid in respect of their claim for the experience as stated above giving complete details of work done including Clients Name & Address, Scope of Work, Date of commencement & Date of completion. Copies of Work Order/Contract and corresponding Job completion with documentary evidence like the following along with Techno-Commercial bid by the bidder. To this effect, the bidder have to upload copies of respective contracts, along with documentary evidence in respect of satisfactory execution of each of those contracts, in the form of copies of any of the documents (indicating respective contract number and type of services), such as i). Satisfactory Completion/ Performance Report (or) ii). Proof of Release of Performance Security after completion of the Contract (or) iii). Proof of Settlement/ Release of Final Payment Against The Contract (or) iv). Any other documentary evidence that can substantiate the satisfactory execution of each of contracts cited above. Bidders not qualifying the above-mentioned eligibility qualifications and experience will be rejected.
