| Pre Qualification
criteria: |
Bidder MUST give undertaking that , He/ They will give all the following documents in ORIGINAL or certified by NOTARY PUBLIC at the time of submission of tender :-
1.) Experience of the having successfully completed similar works( parameters of works should be clearly spelt out) during last 7 year ending last day of month previous to the one in which application are invited should be either of the following :-
(a) Three similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost put to tender, (OR)
(b) Two similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost put to tender, (OR)
(c) One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost put to tender.
(2) Definition of similar work:-
(CONSTRUCTION OF DRILL SITE AND APPROACH ROAD FOR DRILLING RIG FOR OIL AND GAS FIELD LOCATIONS)
(3)Registration certificate of appropriate category with PWD / CPWD / Railway / MES / any
Government or Public sector under taking.
(4) Details of his / their technical staff to be deployed.
(Bidder should have at least following personnel on role: - Graduate / Diploma Engineer -1 No.)
(5) Bidder should have following machineries in their name
1. Hydraulic excavator/ digger (75HPMin) - 1No.
2. Road Roller - 1No.
3. Mixer - 1No.
Bidder has to submit RTO approval in respect of Hydraulic excavator/ digger and possession certificate in respect of other machineries at the time of opening of tender documents. Forged documents submitted by bidder shall attract necessary action as per Indian rule and forfeiture of EMD.
(6) Average Annual financial turnover as per Audited Annual Reports for the last two accounting years should be at least 50% of the estimated cost put to tender (in case of the contractor period less than one year) and 50% of the annualized of the estimated coat.
(7) Attested copy of solvency certificate of the value not less than 30% of annualized contract value from any Schedule Bank / Nationalized Bank not more than one year old from the date of opening of the tender.
(8)Valid Employees Provident Fund code number.
(9) Sales tax registration certificate.
(10) Income-tax PAN number.
(11) Service tax registration number.

Application for issue of tender papers will be received up to 19.08.2010 Time 16:00 Hrs. The blank tender documents shall not be sent by post / courier and duly filled tender documents shall not be received by post / courier
Bidders will have the option of purchasing tender as mentioned above or download the same from ONGC website http://tenders.ongc.co.in within the time specified for the sale of tender documents, ensuring that they fulfill the pre qualification criteria and use the same for participating in the tender. But the bidders downloading the tender document from the website should ensure to submit tender fee so as to reach the tender inviting work centre before the deadline specified for tender sale along with confirmation on Essential Qualifying criteria (EQR), which will be acknowledged by ONGC by issuing Request for Quotation (RFQ) number specific to the tender and bidder through Fax email.
