1. Bidders will have the option of purchasing tender documents from the Selling centre as per prevailing practice (or) downloading the tender document within the time specified for the sale of the tender documents and use the same for participating in the tender. But, the bidders downloading the tender document from the website should ensure to submit applicable tender fee (in original ) so as to reach the tender inviting work centre ( GM-In Charge MM, Western Onshore Basin, Shed No. 22-B, Regional Stores, ONGC, Vadodara,India-390009 ) before the deadline specified for tender sale which will be acknowledged by ONGC by issuing Request For Quotation (RFQ) No. specific to the tender and bidder through fax/e-mail.
Bidders downloading the tender document for participation in the tender will have to submit the original documents with the offer( which will be signed subsequently by ONGC’s official).
2.The Bidders, who have purchased the tender documents from ONGC offices as cited above(other than Vadodara) , shall intimate their complete postal address and Fax No. to In-charge MM Basin, Shed No. 22-B, Regional Stores, Makarpura Road, Baroda - 390 009 (India) Fax No. 0265 2638855 so that the modifications to the tender(if any) and pre bid record notes are conveyed to them in time.
3.No tender document will be issued after closing date of sale of tender document indicated above.
