a) Invitation to Bid (Forwarding Letter)
Bidders will have the option of purchasing tender documents from the selling centers as indicated in NIT as per prevailing practice OR downloading the tender document (from the website - http://tender.ongc.co.in) within the time specified for the sale of tender documents and use the same for participating in the tender.
But, the bidders downloading the tender document from the Website should ensure to submit tender fee (US$500.00 / Rs.22500.00, as the case may be, in the form of DD / pay order / postal order, which ever is applicable) so that the tender fee reaches the tender inviting work center (MM section, KDMIPE, ONGC, Dehradun, India) before the deadline specified for tender sale (i.e. 23.08.2010), which will be acknowledge by ONGC by issuing Request for Quotation (RFQ) number specific to the tender and bidder through Fax / e-mail. (The bidder has to provide their complete address in the confirmation letter along with name, phone no., mobile no., fax no. & e-mail address of the contact person).
