NOTE: ESSENTIAL QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS BELOW RS. 10.00 LAKHS
The bidder should have independent EPF Code number as per EPF Act 1952, The bidder is required to submit a copy of EPF registration certificate.
Bidder shall be registered with service tax department and they should furnish the copy of certificate of registration.
Blank tender documents can be had from the office of C.E.(Civil)-I/c Civil-GA, ONGC Mehsana Asset, Ground Floor, Civil Section, KDM Bhavan Palavasana Mehsana-384003 between 14.00 Hrs. to 16.00 Hrs. on working days on payment of requisite tender fees (non-refundable) for above work, as mentioned above form of crossed demand draft or Pay order of any Nationalised / Scheduke Bank drawn in favour of F&AO, ONGC, Mehsana, along with the application. Contractors should attach copies of PF code No., Partnership Deed, Power of Attorney, Sales Tax Registration Certificate and service tax registration Certificate along with application failing which the tender documents will not be issued. All original documents to be produced for verification at the time of issue of tender OR tender can be issued on furnishing an undertaking that the bidder meets the EQR as specified in the NIT / Tender Document.
Bidder will have the option of purchasing tender as mentioned above or download the same from ONGC Web site http://tenders.ongc.co.in within the time specified for the same of tender documents , ensuring that they fulfill the essential qualification criteria and use the same for participating in the tender. But the bidders downloading the tender documents from the website should ensure to submit tender fee so as to reach before the deadline specified for tender sale along with confirmation on essential qualifying criteria ( EQC), which will be acknowledged by ONGC by issuing request for Quotation ( RFQ) number specific to the bidder through Fax-Email. |
