| Pre Qualification
criteria: |
“The bidder must have themselves (not through technical support of any other party on MOU / technical collaboration/technical consortium etc. basis or in any other manner) Carried out jobs as per tender Scope of Work in respect of Top Side Facilities of at least two fixed offshore oil and / or gas process platforms of minimum gas handling / oil production capacity as 10 MMSCMD and / or 40,000 barrels oil day during the last 10 years”.
The bidder also must have carried out Risk Based Inspection of at least two hydrocarbon installations either refinery or petrochemical plants or offshore platforms.
NOTE
Offers of those bidders who themselves do not meet the experience as stipulated. Pre-qualification criteria (PQC) can also be considered provided the bidder is a 100% subsidiary company of the parent company which itself meets the experience criteria as stipulated. In that case as the subsidiary company is dependent upon the experience of the parent company with a view to ensure commitment and involvement of the parent company for successful execution of the contract, the participating prospective bidder should enclose an Agreement (as per format enclosed at Annexure I, Appendix 12 ) between the parent and the subsidiary company and Corporate Guarantee (as per format enclosed as per Annexure I, Appendix 11) from the parent company to ONGC for fulfilling the obligation under the Agreement along with documentary evidence in respect of parent company meeting the PQC with their request letter for issue of tender.

M/s DNV Mumbai has been authorised to submit their offer to ONGC in line with tender document as up loaded on www.etender.ongc.co.in.
Further ONGC intends to authorise M/s lloyds register Asia, Mumbai also. In case any bidders who meet the PQC (Pre-Qualification Criteria) and interested to participate may submit their request along with documentary evidence to this office within stipulated time i.e. up to 15.02.2010 for examination of ONGC for issue of tender enquires.
