| Pre Qualification
criteria: |
1. Experience
The bidders should have executed during last 3 years at least one contract of work like Piping Works of the value of 60% of the estimated cost in any one year. (LOI)/WO and completion certificate are to be submitted along with application. Last 3 years shall be reckoned w.e.f the date of issue of NIT).
2. Solvency
Solvency certificate is to be submitted from scheduled bank of minimum value of the estimated cost and issued within 12 months from the date of opening of tender.
3. Annual Turn over
The bidders annual turn over should be equal to or greater than (1) the estimated cost in any one-year during the last 3 years, ending 31ST March of 2003. ITCC/Audited balance sheet and Profit & Loss Account from practitioner chartered accountant is to be submitted along with application.
4. EPF
The bidder should submit valid EPF certificate and payment voucher with dues for the month not earlier than March 2004.
5.APGST
Certificate of registration under APGST Act –1957 is to be submitted.
