| Pre Qualification
criteria: |
1. Experience
1. The bidder shall have to furnish a copy of valid ‘A’ or ‘B’ grade electrical contractors license for the work as specified and issued by state/central electrical licensing board under rule 45(1) of the Indian Electricity rules 1956 as amended up to date.
2. The bidders should have executed during last 3 years at least one work related to Building Work with Electrification having a minimum contract value of for Civil work Rs.8.55 Lakhs & for Electrical Work Rs.1.81 Lakhs in any one year.
3. Main contractor has to submit MOU with electrical contractor on Rs.100/- stamp paper (MOU form attached)
2. Solvency
Solvency certificate is to be submitted from scheduled bank of minimum value of the estimated cost and issued within 12 months from the date of opening of tender.
3. Annual Turn over
The bidders annual turn over should be equal to or greater than (1) the estimated cost in any one-year during the last 3 years, ending 31ST March of 2003. ITCC/Audited balance sheet and Profit & Loss Account from practitioner chartered accountant is to be submitted along with application.
4. EPF
The bidder should submit valid EPF certificate and payment voucher with dues for the month not earlier than March 2004.
5.APGST
Certificate of registration under APGST Act –1957 is to be submitted.
