| Pre Qualification
criteria: |
i) Bidder should preferably be a Manufacturer. In case the bidder is not a manufacturer, its bid can also be considered provided such bid is accompanied with back-up authority letter from the concerned manufacturer, who authorizes them to market their product . Documentary evidence in this regard has to be submitted alongwith the request letter for tender document.
ii) Bidder has to give an undertaking that they will submit EMD and documentary evidence of manufacturer’s experience as may be required in the tender.

Document consists of Instructions to Bidders, General terms and conditions contained in booklet No.ONGC/MM/01 to be purchased from PMC Section, ONGC, Tel Bhavan, Dehradun against payment of Rs. 500/- or USD 10-00 vide DD/IPO drawn in favour of ONGC, payable at Dehradun. This booklet is one time purchase and is applicable for future tenders also. Bidders to note that this booklet must be purchased in addition to the tender document. |
