| Pre Qualification
criteria: |
(i) An established manufacturer of Centrifugal Pumps having adequate engineering, manufacturing and testing facilities for pumps conforming to API standards and must have engineered, packaged, tested and supplied at least TWO motor driven Centrifugal pump packages of minimum Rated capacity of 200 Cu.M./hr with Differential Pressure 75 Kg/sq. cm. in the last five years as on the date of
Techno-commercial bid opening. Out of the two pumps at least ONE pump must have successfully operated for at least 8000 hours without any major problem.
OR
(ii) An Offshore turnkey contractor having experience in Procurement, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of equipment like Pumps or compressors and having executed at least one offshore project on turnkey basis involving Procurement
, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Pumps or Compressors during the last 5 years as on the closing date of the techno-commercial bid.
The Offshore turnkey Contractor will furnish along with their bid a back-up authority letter from the concerned manufacturer having experience as per Clause (i) above confirming the following :
a) that they will supply the pumps as per specifications
of the tender, to the bidder, to enable the bidder to execute the project covered by the tender.
b) that required warranty cover for the pumps as per requirement of the tender specification will be provided by them.
In case the bidder is an Indian company / Indian Joint Venture company, either the Indian company / Indian Joint venture company or its technical collaborator / joint venture
partner should meet the criteria laid down at para 1.0 above.
In case the bidder is a consortium of companies, the leader of the consortium should satisfy the minimum experience requirement as per para 1.0 above.
4.0 FINANCIAL CRITERIA
1. Minimum Annual Turnover of Bidders : 30% of annualized bid value or more.
2. Solvency Certificate : 30% of annualized bid value or more.
3. Net-worth of Bidder : Positive
Tender fee for foreign bidders - USD 1000.00.
Pre-bid conference will be held on 14.06.2004 at 1100 hrs.(IST) in ONGC, Vasudhara Bhavan, Mumbai.
