criteria: |
1 The bidder should have executed during last 3 years at least one contract of the value of 60% of the estimated cost in any one year.
2 Solvency certificate from any Nationalised / Scheduled bank of the value of the estimated cost.
3 The bidder's annual turn over should be equal to or greater than the estimated cost in any year during the last 3 years. |

Blank tender documents can be had from the Office of Superintending Engineer (Civil), Tender Cell, 3rd floor, ONGC, Avani Bhavan, Chandkheda between 14.00Hrs to 16.00Hrs on working days on payment of requisite tender fees (non-refundable) for each work, as mentioned above in the form of Crossed Demand Draft or Pay Order of any Nationalised/Scheduled Bank, drawn in favour of F&AO, ONGC, Ahmedabad, alongwith the application for each works, separately. Contractors should attach copies of Registration Certificate, Solvency Certificate of any Nationalised/Scheduled Bank, Balance sheet issued from Registared Charted Accountant, Experience Certificate of similar nature of work from Central or state Govt./Semi Govt. Department, PF Code No. Partnership Deed, Power of Attorney and Sales Tax Registration certificate along with application failing which the competent authority reserves the right to refuse issue to tender document without assigning any reason. All original documents to be produced for verification at the time of issue of tender. |
