Appointment of Independent External Monitors for ‘Integrity

Pact’.

 

The following two Independent External Monitors (IEM) have

been appointed by ONGC, in terms of Integrity Pact (IP) which

forms part of ONGC Tenders/Contract.

 

1. Sh. Pratyush Sinha

2. Sh. Arvind Pande

3.  Sh. Vivek Mehrotra

For all tenders with an estimated value of Rs 150 crores and above, Independent External Monitors shall be nominated by turn. The CV of the nominated IEM shall be enclosed with the IP.

 

The bidders may raise disputes / complaints, if any, either with the designated Competent Purchase Authority (CPA) in ONGC or with concerned Director of ONGC or directly with the nominated IEM c/o Chief Vigilance Officer, ONGC, Jeevan Bharti, Tower-II, 124-Indira Chowk, Connaught Place, New Delhi-110 001.
