1.0 Bidder should note that mere issue of tender document does not qualify them techno-commercially for the subject tenders. The bidders are also advised that if any of their declaration/ confirmation are proved incorrect at a later date, their bid will not be considered for the subject tenders.
2.0 ONGC expects the bidders to comply with the tender specifications, techno-commercial and commercial terms and conditions, which will be frozen after pre-bid conference ONGC may not seek any clarification after opening of the bids. The bidder not complying with the terms and conditions of the tender and offers indicating exception/ deviations are liable to be rejected without seeking any clarification.
3.0. The firms registered with NSIC will be exempted from payment of tender fee irrespective of the monetory limit mentioned in their registration certificate, provided they furnish evidence that they are registered for the items they intend to quote against ONGC tenders. Govt. Deptts. will also be exempted from payment of tender fee. Firms registered with ONGC only are not exempted from payment of tender fee.
4.0 Bid made by Agents/ Representative will not be considered.
5.0 The details of NIT are available at our web site, www.ongctenders.net. The link to ONGC’s E- for Procurement portal has been provided in above website against the NIT. The E-procurement portal can be accessed directly at https://etender.ongc.co.in. Please read carefully the ‘Instructions to Bidders’ provided in the front page of the above site.
To view tender details at this site please click on, Guest Login and then the RFx Number ZNEVC09001 (Tender No.). The Bid Invitation is displayed. The items and quantities tendered can be viewed by clicking on the tab item data. All other details can be viewed under ‘ RFx Parameters’ below “Rfx information”.
Thereafter for tender documents please click on Technical RFx, A new window shall appear named Public area. Click on to the Tender document folder appearing on left side below Public area folder
